Dear patients,

Due to the corona virus, we have the following information:

1 - If you experience symptoms such as: cough, runny nose, cold, flu or fever, or if you live with a person with one        of those symptoms, please cancel your appointment;

2 - If you have had contact with someone infected with the virus in the past 14 days, please cancel your                           appointment;

3 - If you have already been infected with the corona virus, please let us know;

4 - Please arrive 5 minutes before the appointment to avoid crowding in the waiting room;

5 - Do not bring a companion;

6 - Clean your hands when entering, with alcohol gel from the waiting room;

7 - Please do not use the clinic toilet (security protocol);

8 - Remember to brush your teeth at home;

9 - To make new appointments, contact us by phone, chat or e- mail.

10-We do not have masks available for patients.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us until 48 hours before your appointment.

For "no-show", a fee will be charged depending on the length of your appointment.
